A matching pair of 10ft Bruce & Walker MK IV AVON G Compound
taper rods
These are close to mint condition.....
Fitted with all the original fittings including lined top
and bottom eyes, rubber handle ends.
Intermediate whippings along the entire length of the rod.
They still have the factory fitted shrink fit plastic on the
handles which has kept the cork in pristine
condition.
You can see by the photos that the previous owner has
applied a light coat of varnish to the open ends of the
plastic, to preserve the cork.
If necessary this can easily be lightly sanded to show the
original light cork finish.
They come complete with the original rod bags, although a
little dusty they are still in very good condition. (A few
light biro marks.)
